[Main Usage]
(a) For Food.
Source of calcium: Calcium lactate with an advantage of neutral, easily dissolved, taste good,Easy to absorb, etc., to be a good source of calcium and widely used in dairy products,beverages and baby food.
Curing agent: For canned fruit and canned vegetables.
Gel agent: For jelly food.
Leavening agent: For baking industry.
(b) For Pharmaceutical-Calcium lactate can be made into tablets and oral solution to supply source of calcium for the human body, and also can be made of sugar as an excipient.
