[Usage]
(a) For Food
The blend has both characters of potassium lactate and sodium acetate. So it is excellent microbes inhibitor, preservative, flavor and pH regulator in food industry.
(b) For Feed
The blend can effectively prevent mould, improve the taste and absorption of nutrition in feed.
(c) Other
The blend, in leather processing, can be used to preserve fresh leather, immerse in acid and fix dyeing etc.
