[Usage]
(a) For Food
Buffers: Lactic acid has weakly acidity, sodium lactate has weakly alkaline, that's the reason buffer lactic acid has excellent buffering capacity.
Sour agent: Buffered lactic acid with the soft acidity from lactic acid, as sour agent widely used in food industry.
Preservative: Lactic acid and sodium lactate has a strong ability to inhibit pathogenic bacteria, sodium lactate has a strong water-retention capacity, so the buffered lactic acid can be used for anti-corrosion , freshness and moisture products.
Swelling agent: Buffered lactic acid can make effect on protein in flour, so that it can make gluten to form a rich mesh structure, to improve product flexillity as well as the viscosity of wheat flour and soft feature.
In addition, buffered lactic acid can used in hard candy, fruit candy and other confectionery products, to reduce the conversion of sugar, to avoid the surface changes in the wet and sticky in storage effectively. It can extend the shelf-life effectively.

Buffered lactic acid can be used in daily chemical products, to increase the skin elasticity, to keep moist and anti-aging.]
